What's the difference between The Pride and The Lion's Den?
The Pride gives you a monthly workout plan, weekly Scripture and mindset reflection, community access and apparel member perks. The Lion's Den adds a custom plan, a weekly check-in with Chad, faith-based accountability and prayer, nutrition guidance, priority booking and 15% off in-person sessions.
Are in-person sessions included in the monthly plans?
No. In-person training in York, SC is a separate add-on: $25 for your first intro session and $45 for a standard 1-hour session. Lion's Den members get 15% off.
Where do in-person sessions happen?
In York, South Carolina. Details are worked out with Chad when you book.
Do I have to live near York?
No. The Pride and The Lion's Den can be done online from anywhere.
How do I book or pay?
Sign up with the form on the home page, tap any "Join" button, or DM “START” on Instagram, and he'll get back to you with the next steps.
Can I cancel or pause my plan?
Yes. No contracts. Cancel anytime, or message Chad to pause for an injury, deployment or hard season. See how membership works.
What happens after I join?
You land on a welcome page with 3 steps: your one-page Lion Profile (readiness check and goals), booking your kickoff call, and Day 1. Chad replies within 24 hours (up to 48 on fire-station shift days).
What does the South Carolina Firefighters Foundation support?
The South Carolina Firefighters Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that supports firefighters and their families, and helps the public understand the work and demands of the fire service. It provides hardship grants to firefighters and their immediate families after a tragedy, such as a house fire, a medical emergency or a natural disaster, and to the families of firefighters who have died. It also funds scholarships and education, and training for firefighters. When you donate, your gift goes directly to the foundation through its own secure page, not through us.
How does the 10% donation match work?
Triumphant Transformation matches 10% of every donation made to the South Carolina Firefighters Foundation through this page. Give $50 and we add $5, give $100 and we add $10. Because your gift goes straight to the foundation, please send us a quick message on Instagram or by email letting us know you donated, so we can count it and add our 10% match.
